Payment Policy
Payment can be made either via Internet Banking or ATM Transfer for customers in Singapore. Currently, payment by Paypal is available only to International customers out of Singapore.
Details will be advised via email reply to sales inquiry from our customers.
Sugar Seed Closet reserves the right to revise the product prices at any time without informing the customers in advance. However, customers who already placed orders before the price revision will continue to purchase with the previously stated prices.
Delivery Policy
1. All items will be nicely packed and deliver to you through SingPost for deliveries in Singapore either by;
a. Local mail (Normal)- SGD$2.00, OR
b. Local registered mail - SGD$4.50, OR
c. Overseas registered mail (Normal), OR
d. Overseas registered mail (Express)
Above delivery rates may differ for handbags and other accessories and we will advise customer accordingly should it differ from above rates.
All items will be inspected before delivering to you.
It is advisable to have your order sent via registered mail so as to prevent loss of items through normal mail postage.
Sugar Seed Closet will bear no responsibility for the loss or damage of goods during delivery.
