Exchange & Refund Policy

1. Goods sold are non-refundable.
2. A maximum of one time exchange within 7 days is allowed from the date of purchase for each item. Products returned must still be in original packaging with the tag and not worn nor washed before.
3. Items can only be exchanged to a different size (subject to availability) or with a higher price item with top up.
4. Full refund will be made in the event that item is out of stock & unavailable for replacement.
5. Buyers will have to bear the extra delivery charges incurred during the exchange.
